How our process works
Schedule a free project consultation
Choose a time to meet an Aurora Circ kitchen specialist. Share your project details and wish-list so the consultant can guide you through the kitchen’s components, condition and requirements for your space.
Invoicing and shipping
Once you have finalized your selection, Aurora Circ prepares the invoice and confirms the shipping method. Discuss local delivery, ABF freight and any local storage needed to match your project timing.
Local kitchen-package delivery is available in the New York Tri-State area. Your consultant will confirm the service and delivery fee for your selected set and address.
Delivery and installation
For kitchen-package freight, a ramp-equipped trailer is left at the delivery address for unloading. You arrange the offloading and installation with appropriately qualified specialists. Aurora Circ does not provide installation.
The trailer arrangement described for kitchen packages allows at least 24 hours and up to three business days to unload. Your sales consultant and carrier must confirm the exact booked window before you schedule your unloading team.
